Hello I am Derek Bach, the owner of Austin Carpet Repair and Cleaning. I specialize in pet damage, power stretching and making your old, worn, or soiled carpets look new again, bringing new life into your home through professional and cost-effective solutions. Customer satisfaction is the foundation of every job I accomplish no matter how big or small. I come from 18 years experience managing the travel stop industry. After years of being on the road managing up to ten different facilities, I decided to bring my expertise to the flooring industry and deliver the same level of excellent quality customer service to the great people of Austin.

When not working I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children. We enjoy mountain biking, Can-Am off-road adventures, camping and fishing. I love living and serving the great city of Austin.
